Need Your Space?!?!?
My Dears, if y'all would like to own a chunk of the desert near Rio Verde, AZ. near Carefree, let me know! My hubby and his 3 brothers inherited their parents' 5 acres of beautiful desert land and they need to sell it. There are big, fancy horse ranches nearby, along with beautiful homes, the pretty little communities of Rio Verde and Carefree. North Scottsdale is only a half hour drive away. It's a beautiful area! So, if you need your space, this IS the place!

Lovely...but I think I'll stay put for now.
Oh, how I wish your five acres were located here. We are hunting for land to use as a permaculture farm/retreat centre. But it needs to be located near where five of us have our jobs!

@iamherenow123 - Oh, too sad! I know, it'd be nice for US if it was closer to my family! I love your idea of the farm/retreat; that's something I'd love to do.

@ABAHM - Thank you, Jenny! We really do need for them to sell but it's hard finding a buyer when there are other parcels out there for less money. Also, lenders aren't giving money out for land. We need a miracle!
looks beautiful! have you tried listing it on craig's list? I've had really good luck with it before.
I'd move there just for the name. . .Carefree. Carefree Acres. Mesa Verde Farm.
