Antiques onThe Square
Okay, so now I am frustrated! I have all these awesome pictures to show you and Xanga now has this UNawesome photo manager set-up and I can't get my pictures from that onto my blog! Does anybody know how to help me? This new technology shows that I probably should've been on display as one of the antiques on the Square!

What kind of problem are you having? I had a problem a few weeks ago where I could not post pictures at all. Seems OK now here. I know of other people who had a problem too. Do you think it is a Gail problem or a Xanga problem??

I always get my dds to help me! I have such a block when it comes to putting pics up!

I still use the old home page version of Xanga, so I don't know how the new home page works, but whenever I'm creating a new post, there's an option to "insert" photos. That takes me to a place to either browse my PC or "choose" from the pics in "photo manager." Hope that helps. We want to see what lovely things you have to show us.
@oldfatgramma - It could be a "GAil" problem (lol) but I do know that Xanga changed it on me!
@thats_italian - My Hubby said he'd help me figure it out. Hopefully, soon!
@MsWrite2 - I waas able to browse and choose my photos and one went into the photo manager that was a completely new setup to me. From there, I was lost. We'll figure it out! I really do want to share my pictures!
@Richgem - Ask Xanga for help. I did when I could not get the photos to download for me, They worked my problem out,. But like Ms Write2, I get that when I add photos to a post,
I haven't had any problem posting pics. I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.
If this was within the past few days I'll have to check it out. Haven't had a problem yet.
I haven't had any problems yet either. I use the old personal page too, not the new one, so if it's on the new one, I can't help you. If it's on the old one, hmmm. gonna have to give it a try this week and see if they changed something. Hope you get it figured out soon though. I'm still waiting for the orange pictures. LOLOLOL.
Hi Gail, I am with you on photo manager, I normally can figure all of this out but now when I put my cursor on the picture it disappears what? I cannot even retrieve the code? Xanga really irks me! I placed the photo in my weblock and then clicked on html code and got the code. At least I figure that much out but being a premium holder I am really upset!
I store the pictures on my computer and then just click on upload, then browse, then upload again, then wola!!! they are there. Then I click on the picture and it's in my blog for the day.
Sorry Gail....can't help you...I can't even "open" my e-mail these days and it's driving me nuts! They are just stacking up and I haven't a clue what the problem is!

I was near in tears yesterday when I was trying to upload mine~ it takes FOREVER!! I can write a post in 15 mins. then... it takes an hour to get the pics to upload. Had to wait on Shayne to come home. :/
